What is the Yard Home Loan most suitable for?

Do you lend to self-employed applicants?

Yes, we can lend to applicants who are employed (PAYG) as well as self-employed. For self-employed borrowers, we typically require 2 years of trading history under the same ABN. Applicants who have recently become self-employed and have traded under an ABN for at least 6 months can be considered under our specialist self-employed home loans. Does Yard provide construction loans?
